How do you quote a paint job?

We do an on-site walkthrough, take measurements, check prep condition, discuss paint grade and color direction, and send a written bid within a day or two. Quotes are free and hold for 60 days.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. Every quote is free and on-site. Online estimators are not reliable for anything beyond a rough range, so the walkthrough is worth the half hour.

How long does a typical exterior job take?

Most single-story Spokane homes run five to ten working days from pressure washing to final punch-out. Two-story or high-prep homes push that to two or three weeks.

Do you work on lead-painted homes?

No. We do not paint over or remove lead-based paint. If your home was built before 1978 and you are not sure whether lead is present, the EPA has testing resources. For lead-paint projects you will need an RRP-certified contractor.

Do you do roof pressure washing?

No. We pressure wash siding, trim, concrete, and fencing as part of our painting prep and stand-alone wash work. Roofs are a specialty we leave to roofing crews, because the wrong pressure can void a shingle warranty.

What if I want to change colors after the job starts?

Prep work starts before final colors are locked in, which is fine. Once we have started applying the finish color, a color change is a new job: the walls that are already painted have to be redone, which means new material and new labor. Lock colors before we start painting to avoid the extra cost.

No. We are a Washington-only operation. We serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Deer Park, Liberty Lake, Mead, Cheney, Airway Heights, and the surrounding Washington communities within about 75 miles of Spokane.

What paint brands do you use?

Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore for most jobs. On exteriors we default to Sherwin-Williams Emerald or Duration. On interiors we default to Sherwin-Williams Cashmere or Benjamin Moore Regal Select. We will walk through options on the quote.
